Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel your Banaras Guru subscription and what happens after cancellation.

1. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, contact us via email:

• Email: rainkey.support@gmail.com
• Include your registered mobile number and the word "Cancel Subscription" in the subject line.
• We will process your cancellation request within 2 business days and confirm via reply.

2. Cancellation Effective Date

• Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to paid features until the cycle ends.
• Yearly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual period. Access continues until the period expires.

You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycle after cancellation is confirmed.

3. Access After Cancellation

After your subscription ends:

• Your account remains active — you can still access free features (Birth Chart, Kundali Milan, Daily Horoscope).
• Prashna Kundali and other paid features will be locked until you re-subscribe.
• Your saved profiles and reading history are retained for 12 months even on a free account.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default on our platform. Renewal requires explicit action or payment from you. We will notify you before your plan expires.

5. Reactivation

You can reactivate a cancelled subscription at any time by purchasing a new plan through the app. Previous reading history will be restored.

6. Account Deletion

If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data (profiles, reading history), email rainkey.support@gmail.com with "Delete My Account" in the subject. Account deletion is irreversible.
