Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Banaras Guru platform ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Banaras Guru, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent), and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Banaras Guru provides Vedic astrology readings including Birth Chart (Kundali), Kundali Milan (compatibility), Prashna Kundali (horary astrology), and Daily Horoscope. These readings are generated using classical Parashari Jyotisha methodology and Swiss Ephemeris astronomical data.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid Indian mobile number for OTP-based login.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP and account.
• You agree not to create multiple accounts or use the platform on behalf of another person without their consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Paid Features

Certain features such as Prashna Kundali require an active paid subscription (monthly or yearly plan). Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. You agree to pay all applicable charges for your selected plan. Plans are described on the platform and are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the Service.
• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or abusive content through the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Banaras Guru — including text, design, algorithms, and software — is owned by Banaras Guru or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use our content without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Banaras Guru's astrology readings are provided for informational and spiritual guidance purposes only. We are not liable for any decisions made based on readings from our platform. See our full Disclaimer for details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banaras Guru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
