Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Banaras Guru. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our paid services.

1. Subscription Plans

Banaras Guru offers monthly and yearly paid subscription plans that unlock premium features such as Prashna Kundali.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Within 7 days of purchase: If you have not used the paid feature (Prashna Kundali) after subscribing, you are eligible for a full refund. Contact us within 7 days of the original payment date.
• Technical issues: If you were charged but the service was unavailable due to a technical error on our side, you are eligible for a full refund regardless of the time elapsed.
• Duplicate payments: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Refund requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
• Subscriptions where the paid features have been actively used (e.g., Prashna Kundali readings have been generated).
• Dissatisfaction with the content of astrology readings — readings are generated using classical methodology and we cannot guarantee alignment with personal expectations.
• Accidental purchases where the paid feature has already been accessed.

4. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

• Refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method.
• Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

5. Partial Refunds

For yearly subscriptions cancelled after partial use, we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion based on the remaining unused period and usage history.
